AUDITION- TERMS AND CONDITIONS

APPLICATION & AUDITION

Application Fees: Rs.99/- online or offline & Audition Fees is Rs.499/-

• The Candidates must be between 13-17 years of Age for “TEEN”, 18-30 years of age for “MISS & MR”. He/she agrees that he/she is not under contract with any person, firm or corporation that would prevent his appearance or participation in the National competition and agrees to indemnify organizer for any claim, etc which may be brought against it in this regard. He/she understands that he/she must be of good moral character and health.
• The applicant should be a bona fide Indian citizen, holding a valid Indian passport and should be a resident of India as per the applicable laws of India.
• The applicant should not be under any commercial contract with any modelling agency at the time of appearing for the auditions.
• The Applicant must have not been convicted of any criminal act.
• Entries received after the last date will not be accepted. The Organizers will not be responsible for entries that are lost or delayed in transit.
• Entries received till the last date will be called for 1st Round of selection and the finalists will be selected out of them only.
• The Schedule of the event’s qualification rounds is subject to change at the absolute discretion of the Organizers, and the Candidates shall raise no objections whatsoever in this regard.
• Auditions can take place online or offline. The Organizers has the sole right to take the decision to take the Auditions Offline or Virtually.
• The Audition round expenses (Travel) will have to be borne by the participant.
• Only the applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries.
• The applicant once shortlisted cannot be a part of any other commercial contract or pageant national or international.
• Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after the finals and the candidate shall be liable to the FASHION GIRAFFE- SEASON 1, KOLKATA, 2024 Contest / Organizers for such misrepresentation.
• Candidates agree that the judge's prior decision is final, absolute and binding upon request.

TRAINING SESSIONS & PROMOTION- TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Once selected there will be Grooming and Training a fee of Rs.10,000/-+18% GST. Contestant agrees to duly pay the said fees at the beginning of the Training Session or as and when required by the Organization. If the contestant fails to pay the said fees within the said period stipulated by the Organizers the contestant for the said Competition will be subject to cancellation as per the Company’s policy.
• Fee once paid by the contestant for Training Session will be non-refundable in any circumstances neither full nor partial fee will be refundable and Organizers has right to forfeit the amount, in case of cancellation of Competition, rejection, or withdrawal of the application of the contestant from the Competition or due to any other reason whatsoever.
• The regional round expenses (travel & stay) will have to be borne by the participant.
• Participants must conduct themselves in a proper manner and portray high moral standards. Candidates will not consume any alcoholic beverages, use illegal drugs or publicly smoke or use foul language anytime or misconduct themselves during the entire contest.
• The applicant should not have been qualified for or taken part in any contest as a representative of any country other than India.
• FASHION GIRAFFE- SEASON 1, KOLKATA, 2024 organizer, and sponsors are not responsible, accountable or liable in any manner whatsoever for any personal injury to anyone or damages / compensation, etc on account of any event, incident, cancellation / change in the rules and regulations or change in dates of the events or for any happening of any kind whatsoever, prior to or during or after the event.
• The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the training program as per the schedule that will be given to them and participate in all the rehearsals. Any decision taken in this regard by FASHION GIRAFFE- SEASON 1, KOLKATA, 2024 Contest / Organizer shall be final.

PROMOTION

• Candidates irrevocably consent and agree to unrestricted use by FASHION GIRAFFE- SEASON 1, KOLKATA, 2024 Contest / Organizer its authorized representatives, advertisers, successor, sponsors, customers and assigns of the name, picture, voice or photographs, etc of the Candidate and/ or with a group for advertising purpose or purposes of promotion, trade, press release or motion picture etc. He/she waives the right to inspect or approve such competed pictures, advertising, videos used in connection thereof and the decision of organizer shall be final.
• The applicant needs to edit bio on all social media platforms as per organization demand and use #hashtag given by the organization for the post you make in public (applicable to the winner & subtitle winner) as per the duration mentioned above.

FINALIST

• As a Finalist, I agree to abide by all rules & regulations by the organizers of FASHION GIRAFFE- SEASON 1, KOLKATA, 2024.
• As a Finalist, I am liable to pay for the damage or loss to any designer’s dress or Jewellery during the Event.
• As a Finalist, I understand and agree that any misconduct, negative innuendos or misrepresentation of themselves or other participants or any organization team member or staff, through any form, be it oral, written and/or by any means of actions, before or after the pageant will be ground for disqualification or withdrawal of Crown & Title without any questions. Under such a scenario legal action could be taken against the participant.
• Once declare winner or runner-up applicant is not allowed to take part in Regional or International pageant with other organization until 12 months from the day of the announcement. Breaking such rules will be filed under the West Bengal jurisdiction and come under the contract of a penalty of Five Lakh in Favor of the Anjani Solution.
• Subtitle winner can't take part for next 6 months from the time of the announcement in any regional or international pageant with other organization. Breaking such law will be filed under Kolkata jurisdiction with a penalty of Three Lakh Indian rupees in Favor of Anjani Solution.
• As a Finalist, I will respect the decision of the Jury in the Grand Finale of FG Season 1 & will not question their decision.
• The organizers are not bound to answer any finalist queries related to the results of the Final.
• As a Finalist, I will strictly adhere to the timings as per the schedule by the organizers.
• The tendency of failed contestants to campaign against the organizers through social media or any other media of publicity will be subjected to legal actions.
• I understand that all photos and videos taken during the pageant are the rights of organizers and they may be used for marketing, promotional and advertising purposes which may include display on fashion giraffe official website, all forms of social media, calendars, brochures, videos, magazines etc.
• Candidates understand and agree that if he/she would be the pageant winner, he/she will be required to sign a contract with the organizer. He/she must be available to the pageants for all personal appearances at all scheduled events throughout his/her reign. He/she further understands that the inability to fulfil his/her contract may result in the forfeiture of his/her title and all prizes must be returned and shall be liable for any loss/damage that be suffered by FASHION GIRAFFE- SEASON 1, KOLKATA, 2024 contest. His/her successor will take his/her ace for the remainder of the year.
• The Winners will forfeit all awards and privileges if he/she breaks his/her obligatory contractor and does not meet all requirements set forth within this agreement. The award would then be given to the first runner up.
• The Organizers are not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever if sponsors do not make well the prizes promised by them.
• The applicant agrees to abide by all rules as may be changed from time to time by the organizers and shall raise no objection whatsoever.
• The FASHION GIRAFFE- SEASON 1, KOLKATA, 2024 Contest / Organizer are not responsible for any direct or consequential loss or any physical injury that may occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the pageant. The applicant will participate at his own risk and liability and shall have no claim whatsoever on any account against Organizers.

• Any dispute or differences arising in relation to or in connection with the pageant shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Kolkata West Bengal only.
